The Biblical consequence for a nation that practices child sacrifice is invasion and conquest. Period. When it happens is, of course, up to the Judge. However, God delayed His punishment because of repentance and the greatest spiritual revival in the history of Judah during the reign of Josiah. 

That being said, America is GUILTY of legalizing human sacrifice. VOTE pro-life and be aware that there are no exceptions for the shedding of innocent blood on the national level.
